Works fine. Easy to read. Great for the price
David N.
Customer service was excellent. The torque wrench is well built and clearly a lot of thought went into its design. The numbers are easy to read and the handle spins without much effort. It should last a long time. Highly recommended.
Chicagodogs
The numbers were easy to read. I had no problems with it. Not really a click, but a handle give momentarily. Worked for the 8 Allen's torqued at 62 inch pounds. I'm happy!

For getting the torque right on my bicycles
Twepeh
Decent product, not obvious when the set torque limit has been reached. Although I only have it set for 5 to 6 pounds. Probably a decent product. Just not impressive.

Best tools I have come across and I would recommend to anyone who works on to fixing stuff and more,

I really like this torque wrench! I purchased it for the high-quality build and easy to read lettering. When it arrived I found the form factor was also pleasant to use and very compact. The case is good and tough too. Two thumbs up

Use this for torquing small fittings on a Harley. Great to have, keeps my gorilla hands from over turning a torx bolt. Worth the price for the inch pounds . 1/4inch drive, I'd put a piece of orange tape on the case so you can find it, other than that very good tool
Duc1
Product comes with its own protective case . Settings are easily readable and worked great for small fasteners that require low torque . I also purchased the 3/8" drive torque wrench and was impressed with finish and quality .
Eric C.
It's a quality product. The gloss black look makes it look sharp. It has not broke on me yet. In-lb was easy to use but Nm was a bit confusing. It comes with a two-year warranty when you register the product. It also came with a certification sheet with the person that verified the torque specification. If you're a home mechanic, this would be a great tool.
Rick
This is the 2nd purchase of this brand, very pleased.

On my truck for a coolant crossover pipeGasket my 3/8 torque wrench Didn't go over the top of the engine between parts While the 1/4 was perfect for passing and putting the required torque in a difficult place to access

I had to replace a broken valve spring on my Lincoln. I needed a torque wrench with specific ranges, and this one met the bill. It worked fine. It cost less than everywhere else I looked.
Mechanic
Bought this Torque wrench to Replace older wrench that was dropped. Cost more to have unit sent in an Re-Calibrated than just Buying a New one. So I bought this LEXIVON torque Wrench. It arrived Packaged very Well. Also this LEXIVON Torque Wrench comes in a very Sturdy Hard Plastic Protective Case. Unit works very well. Easy to read the Scale and easy to set. When Torque is reached you feel the Click and can hear the Click. I use this wrench to adjust Valves and install Valve Covers al lot. Great Product for the Price.
John B.
This torque wrench is very good. People who say they can not click when desired torque is reached must be deaf. I head the torque wrench click with my shop compressor running in the back ground.

Es muy buena y resistente, lo mejor que e comprado
J E Dwyer Jr.
Works very well. Accurate. Sharp "click" upon torque value reached. Highly recommend this wrench.

Great for bike assembly and repairs.

dials are simple, well built.

Torque in this range is somewhat unusual, but essential for mounting solar panels and other electrical work. Got the job done, and stores away nicely in a great case.

I bought this to torque the valve covers after replacing the gaskets on my 2006 Xterra.

the cost cannot be beat for this unit. But the units on the handle are crazy. Its not any sort of useful scale which makes it a pain to use. I ended up returning it and buying a harbor freight ICON. It was nearly 4x the cost, but it works better and has a scale thats much easier to use on the fly. I will say this wrench seemed to be built well though i did not use it very long
frank
Nice product at this price point
Bill B.
Nice 1/4" torque wrench. I needed it to work on a Vespa. Instructions were pretty clear, worked as described. I also bought the 3/8" model, both are very good tools. Pleased with both purchases
Bill B
This was exactly what I wanted. It looks and work like a quality tool should.
Ridesmorethanyoudo
needed this for my mountain bike. it's the 1/4 inch drive with low torque values. I own 4 torque wrenches and this one is the most beautiful. i like how it operates and feels. hefty solid. easy to read yellow on black. when you get to the selected torque it has a long break. I like the gnarled set screw at the bottom of the handle. it comes well greased. the price is amazing for this quality.

I tested the accuracy using a fixed or unmovable vise mounted allen wrench and a digital luggage scale. It looked very accurate in the several inch pound test points.

I now have the larger 1/2" drive 175lbs and the 1/4" inch pounds torque wrenches by Lexivon. They both work flawlessly. I have to believe the bad reviews are people that are unfamiliar with the correct use of a torque wrench.Probably not a tool for daily professional use but perfect for the weekend warrior and unbeatable price.

Just received it today and hadn't had a chance to use it yet. If it's anything like the foot pound torque wrench by Lexivon, it should work great. I needed a torque wrench in inch pounds and it was reasonably priced so I bought it.

Have it for like 3 years already best one so far

Good looking addition to my tool box. Very positive click, feels great.

Used this for dual thermostat replacement the day I received it. Solid tool with smooth mechanism/clicking when torque value is reached!
Scott Strand
Like it much better than the "pittsburg" inch lb it replaced. Good quality and has both nm-inch settings.
Chuck
Good product and well built. I recommend
Krystyna Baer
It's ok not real high quality
Cheryl Boone
After reading the settings was easy to use.

I've used this several times for some boat motor repairs. It is a well-built tool. The only issue i have is it is hard to determine when you reach the inch-pounds setting when tightening. My larger lb. torque wrench makes a loud, easy to hear ratcheting sound when you hit the targeted torque. WIth this wrench, I am barely able to determine when I hit the targeted torque. Maybe I have a defective wrench, but I really have to feel and listen when using it. A couple of times, I've exceeded the torque setting because of this and had to back off the screw/bolt/nut and try again.
Dennis Ambrecht
I have been contacted by company on my original write up as I had a problem with returning wrench to lowest setting for storage after I dropped it. I must of did something wrong as I was checking it to explain what the problem was it now functions fine, so my fault operator error wrench works fine, thank you LEXIVON.
The out of hand buyer
The LEXIVON torque wrench is perfect in operation and in finish . It's what I expect with an American made product! I recently purchased an off shore wrench, as soon as I opened the package I was disappointed, bad finish and operation! Not so with the LEXIVON , I recommend this perfect torque wrench !
Jeff Costwell
Easy to use (pay attention to the light click) and seems accurate.
AQHorse
The LEXIVON Inch Pound Torque Wrench seems to be a great value. I cannot say whether it is accurate or not as I do not have a way to test it. It worked for my purpose, and it appears to be well constructed.

Easy to use. Very handy at work.

Used it to torque down a plastic intake manifold. Easy to see and adjust, would recommend this tool.

This was easy to use and read. Need a smaller torque wrench to torque the screws for a valve cover.
John L Miller
Great product for the price.
John D. Farquhar
What is great about this wrench, is being able to see the settings. Even with reading glasses hard to see the numbers on the silver wrenches
Brian W.
This is the Third LEXIVON torque wrench that I purchased. They are really well made. The prices for their tools are really reasonable.
MikalDene
Price was right and the quality is better than average. Not the best made but not the worse either. Good backup...

Great tool for the New LS MotorJust what I needed. Thanks
Eric Patterson
I'm sure a mechanic would need something more, but this is perfect for occasional home use. This is a must-have if you rotate or change your own tires, prevent over or under tightening. Most people just jam lug nuts on there and have no idea if they're doing it right, just make sure to look up the specs for your particular car as they vary.
Walter D
First bolt torqued fine. Second bolt the ratchet locked up and wouldn't work. Had to get pliers and work the mechanism to get it to ratchet properly.

Came quick ,way better than I expected for the price point as other ones I've gotten !!!! Would snap bolts not be accurate this seems to have quality!!!! It's got serial number etched in it and has a calibration sheet of testing to match it !!!! Came same day as well hard to beat with having quality check. It being accurate and having a serial on it !!!!
Cory Hess
Out of the box I compared this to my matco digital torque wrench and they were within .2lbs of each other
Mike P.
Used this Lexivon on lawn mower engine.Torque settings very close to a manual Craftsman torque wrench that I have used for years. Very happy, thanks.
Rodney Simpson
As advertised- easy to use.
Arliss H. Dawson
I havent used the wrench and I dont know when I will, but it looks good feels well constructed, and I liked the warranty.
Buren K. Powers II
The fit and finish is excellent. Having a serial number and calibration certificate with 3 readings at low , middle , and high ranges are so professional done, with a name a date of calibration. I am already looking at the rest of their tools.
Chris
Straight out of the box I was pretty impressed with the feel and action of the ratchet assembly itself. I tested it with a certified testing unit and it was within 1-2% variance the whole way through the range. Color me impressed! It'll be interesting to retest after each use and see how it holds up. I was impressed enough that I ordered the 3/8 drive today. Hopefully it'll be as accurate when I test it as well.
Jeff proud
The 1/4" 20-200 is very accurate out of the box. The unit is accurate from 20-200. Very impressive. See picture for test results of the new unit. A 1/2" EPauto tested poorly but it is a few years old. It's best to test these low price units at least yearly. Or at least test the desired ft lbs if it matters. Testing is pretty straight forward if you have an accurate luggage scale. See online videos. Extend the wrench with a pipe to lower required pounds.Always hold the handle when torquing. Never the neck. Thumb the head if needed to keep the socket on the nut.Accurate 1/4" torque wrench new. Will restest after a year or so.

I've been doing auto mechanic work since I was old enough to know what tools were for, so over 40 years and I've used every torque wrench made; Snap (often and wait for a replacement) on, Mac, Matco, Craftsman, Progressive, Proto, CDI, Williams, AC Delco, etc.etc.etc. From deflecting beam to electronic/digital and all, but mostly these "click" units. I bought one of these to work on my mtb projects and there is nothing at all that tells me that I shouldn't give this tool a good review. I haven't had it long but I have used it quite a bit in the short time I have, enough to feel confident that IF IT IS USED AND TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY, it will last as long as anyone should need it to. The release isn't loud but it shouldn't be at these low torque settings anyway, there simply isn't enough force being applied to generate any kind of loud click given how these tools function and are made. None of the other 1/4" ones I've used are any louder. The action is a bit less "sharp" and has a softer release indicator than most but I don't see anything wrong with that and if you know what you're doing and are paying attention and using the tool properly, I see no reason for complaint. I have music on as loud as possible without bothering others pretty much all the time and I used this with it plenty loud and torqued some 125 inch pound bolts with it as well as some 40 inch pound ones and had absolutely no problem recognizing when the setting was reached and the release of the torque,"click' happened. It is softer but hardly difficult to recognize. I also checked the accuracy against a deflecting beam Craftsman that I've had and trusted for years and one of my buddies very expensive (and very delicate) Snap on junkers and it"s spot on. I think some people just complain for the sake of complaining and nothing will ever compare to their trusty tried and true brand, no matter how many have failed on them. Yeah so they may get a replacement when the rep decides to show up, and it may, however doubtful, even be a free replacement if, after examining it, the rep decides if the failure of the tool or the user. I'll tell you from experience, most of them have a catalogue of stretched out reasons as to why it's most always going to be the user's fault however they'll be willing to cut you a deal on the price of the replacement. All that with the exception of Craftsman, which I switched to after telling the Snap on rep to take his $25,000 plus box of junk and shove it because I got sick of customers waiting for their vehicles while I was waiting for the tool rep (detective to show up to "cut me a deal' on tools that I have always used properly or having to run to a place that sold Craftsman so I could buy a decent tool that I could get replaced anywhere that sells them without without any investigation, or even question. That is IF I broke any, which I don't recall doing. Anyway I think this will definitely last way longer than the 2 years that it's warrantied. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again or recommend it to others. Seems like a perfectly good tool to me.
Dustin
I love the yellow on black high vis markings.

The product arrived quickly and was not damaged. It I have no way of knowing of it it's accuracy but it seems to have done its job. There is an audible click when you have reached the correct torque level, so all in all I am happy with it.
