Delivery times are estimates from when your order ships and are not guaranteed. The rates and options available for your address are shown at checkout.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged or shows as delivered but did not arrive, email support@lexivon.com with your order number within 30 days of the delivery date and we will help.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped we may not be able to change it.
